Sew Fit Fabrics

               OMGeeeeeeeeeeee y'all!

I was chosen to be a part of the tester team for Sew Fit Fabrics.. Custom Athletic fabric and in just the best prints!

First off I was over the moon excited to help in sewing this fabric up. I was in love with the prints the second I saw them.

As soon as they came in I got them in the wash. Thats usually my first test with fabric. You would be amazed at how many fabrics bleed or do not wash up well..These were a dream.


I even threw them in the dryer. They won't ever see the dryer again but I wanted to see how they would do...They were perfect.

So then I picked patterns. As you can see I started with the Wine & Dine print and the first 2 patterns I chose were the 10k Racerback from Pickle Toes. ( Affiliate Link) I love this pattern. The fit is great and its fun..
 The second pattern I chose was the LouLouxe Skirt from Jalie...This is my GO TO pattern for running skirts..The fit is perfection, the instructions are spot on and the results are always consistent...

I mean seriously how cute is this outfit?!?
 I even got a bit creative with the back..

Hahah ok I cut so many other things out and misplaced the back so HAD to get creative..We are going to call it a design element..

Either way I love it now.


 I also used some scraps and designed some ears for a couple of friends..

Lets just say I am not an ear maker..These will probably be the only ones I ever make..My machine did not like the tight zig zag at all..

So sharpie to the rescue!

Last but not least I was able to squeeze out a pair of Panties out of my new favorite pattern by Meghan Nielson.

This is the Acacia pattern and y'all they are FREE!! Thats right..FREE...I have all ready tested the pattern and as I said above, they are my new favorites..

So stay tuned I am on to the Star Wars fabric!

I did today. Then just as I was about to scream I found this. It has ALWAYS made me laugh.I had forgotten I had it though.So today it was just like a present.Ü Oldest daughter has been confined to the house with what her doctor tells us is a very contagious viral infection. Ice Road Truckers and a 20

Year old girl.I hadnt told yall becuse I was living in a state of denial. Its my favorite state actually but that is another story. If you had asked me this weekend where my oldest daughter was I would of told you she was driving with the Ice Road truckers. She really was too. Oldest daughter was driving Pilot truck for an oversized load headed to Prudhoe bay. She drove the haul road. A road not many men will even drive. She said she prayed over many of the passes mainly the Attigun Pass but many of the others too. I had to laugh when she called me from Cold foot to tell me excitedly that she had met a couple of the Ice Road truckers as they are there filming. She was able to see a little of the filming too. On the web page for that t.v. show they make a statement that the road to prudhoe is driven by fearless tough men.Lol. They need to add And one 20 year old girl! I am really proud of her. I am such a powder puff and scared to try anything new. I dont know how I was blessed with her
