Spring Blog Hop

Spring Blog Hop With Pickle Toe Patterns

Welcome to Sew into Spring with Pickle Toes Patterns. Join us for 5 days of sewing our patterns as we prep for the transition from winter to spring. We were lucky enough to have 10 bloggers join us sewing up lovely creations and to have Evelyn at Sewierd Fabrics sponsor our bloggers and offer us a store credit for one of our lovely readers. You can find Evelyn on Facebook. At the end of the tour join us for a rafflecopter giveaway featuring a $20 credit from Seweird and a $20 shop credit from us.

When the Blog Hop was brought up I knew I wanted to be a part of it. :) Blog hops are so much fun! You get to see everyones favorite patterns, ideas, and hacks! Pickle Toes puts out some amazing patterns and I truly bounced between a few before I decided on the All Seasons top. All though I didn't want a top!

Living in Florida now I have discovered why summer dresses are all the rage! I love having a fun little dress to put on when its humid and hot out. At first I thought this would be great for errands and the beach. But when I got this GORGEOUS rayon spandex in from Sewierd I fell in love. This is definitely a dress that could go from errands to a great date night with hubby!

The one hack that I am the most proud of is the cold shoulder sleeves. It really adds some fun and flirty to this dress, but I also added elastic to the back to make it more fitted. It still is so amazingly comfortable that I want to wear it ALL day long.  I think that the 2 hacks really make this dress unique. The All Seasons pattern is so amazing and fun to use as a base for so many options!

I had a lot of fun planning this all out and sewing it up. PDF patterns have rocked my world, I am constantly bragging to everyone about them. Thank you for stopping by and checking out my contribution to the hop!

Don't forget! Join Pickle Toes  Patterns on Facebook so you don't miss out on all the fun!
