I can't believe its been 3 years since I have posted. Soooooooooo much has happened!

I am still running my heart out. Or at least trying too! Lol..This was from my last Disney race in November. The Wine and Dine half marathon. I was so blessed to be able to run with a new friend and her mom. Im in full training mode for the 2018 Princess Half Marathon weekend..It will be my 5th one and I am so looking forward to it.

I am also now a Nana of 2! My little monsters. I love them more then I thought I could! 3 years old and 1. Boy are they a handful...

I think the biggest news though is that we now live in Florida! A very long story that is just too boring to replay. But we have downsized quite a bit and now just love to be outdoors and enjoy the weather..Of course I throw in as many Disney days as I can. 

Quilting is still a major part of my life..All though my sweet Gracie is down right now until I can get her to a Gammil service tech. Just a needed tune up. So many long distance moves under that girls belt. So I just want to make sure she is in good shape before I start loading her up again. In the meantime I am on a quest to start making all my own clothing! There are so many wonderful PDF pattern designers out there and I am on a quest to find my favorites. I have been applying as a tester for many of them and have had great experiences so far. I will be sharing those as I sew along with the pattern companies and even fabric companies that I like to use. 

I have a goal of making a wonderful wardrobe of clothing that is tailored just for me :)..It helps that I love the process..The sewing world has come a long ways from when I sewed for my littles.

I did today. Then just as I was about to scream I found this. It has ALWAYS made me laugh.I had forgotten I had it though.So today it was just like a present.Ü Oldest daughter has been confined to the house with what her doctor tells us is a very contagious viral infection. Personally I think her doctor is smoking some funny stuff. Her blood tests were normal and she has been battling bad tonsils for a month.Hmmmm. I dont think it takes rocket science when that is ALL she went in there for but evidently it does. More tests have been ordered and she is confined until monday. Can you say lets drive mom crazy? Then I found out a king size ALL feathered quilt that I mailed to a friend as a belated (like 20 years late)wedding, anniversary,housewarming(twice),congratulations on your 4 kids, yeah dont hate me because I am a horrible friend quilt NEVER showed up in the mail! I bet yall thought I had forgotten to do a giveaway for my second blogaversary! I almost did I will be honest. Thankfully I remembered before the end of Feb!.....I also have some help Ü. Ice Road Truckers and a 20

Year old girl.I hadnt told yall becuse I was living in a state of denial. Its my favorite state actually but that is another story. If you had asked me this weekend where my oldest daughter was I would of told you she was driving with the Ice Road truckers. She really was too. Oldest daughter was driving Pilot truck for an oversized load headed to Prudhoe bay. She drove the haul road. A road not many men will even drive. She said she prayed over many of the passes mainly the Attigun Pass but many of the others too. I had to laugh when she called me from Cold foot to tell me excitedly that she had met a couple of the Ice Road truckers as they are there filming. She was able to see a little of the filming too. On the web page for that t.v. show they make a statement that the road to prudhoe is driven by fearless tough men.Lol. They need to add And one 20 year old girl! I am really proud of her. I am such a powder puff and scared to try anything new. I dont know how I was blessed with her
