Give Away Time!!!

I bet yall thought I had forgotten to do a giveaway for my second blogaversary! I almost did I will be honest.

Thankfully I remembered before the end of Feb!.....I also have some help Ü. A week or so back I got an email from Jamie who is part of the CSN promotion team asking if I would like to give away a gift to one lucky reader!!!

WELL YA! I jumped on it. I had so much fun picking out a gift to give. They have some wonderful products. It took me almost a whole week to comb through their stores to find just the right gift! They have 200+ stores! I am thinking this may pose a threat to our bank account in the future, atleast once we get this house done! So grab a barstool and browse through their stores when you get a chance!

So if you would like to win a set of these beautiful Certified International Bubble Amber All Purpose (Set of 4)

glasses PLUS a goodie bag from me just keep reading Ü.

To enter please leave me a comment on what kind of party would you use these for? I see these as the perfect glasses for a little afternoon garden party. With everyone sitting at a beautiful garden table surrounded by spring flowers. What do you see?

For EXTRA entries please let me know you have blogged about it (1 entry) and that you follow (1 entry).

Contest will end March 1. At that time I will draw the name and email the winner. Jamie from CSN Stores will order your glasses and I will put your goodie bag together.

Now remember if you dont tell me what kind of party you would use these for then I wont know what to put in the goodie bag! I will let you in on a little secret though. It will include and apron!!!

In May I would host a Cinco Del Mayo party. I would decorate my home with Mexican blankets & my hot pink sombrero. As my guests entered I would invite them to a varitey of flavored margaritas using the beautiful goblets I had just won. My menu for the evening would include my favorite Chicken Enchilada's...Spanish rice...Chipotle-citrus slaw...For dessert I would serve warm Sopapillas.
I would use them on Fri for the Sabbath because every Fri is a celebration. We try to start our day of rest with something fun and it is always different as long as we are together we are having fun.

A warm, sunny noon lunch in May on our deck with my stitching buds...I always do a herbal based lunch using herbs from my garden as the main theme. Have been collecting Amber Depression ware for years in the Patrician pattern & oh my those lovely glasses would work so nice in that color! Would serve May wine in them with a tiny pansy floating on top. And we would all raise a toast to you Becca!!! (I am a follower & talked about this great giveaway on my blog)

Those glasses remind me of my childhood growing up in the 70s, so I would have a fondue party made with recipes from 70s cookbooks. I would have some of my dearest girlfriends over and watch Boogie Nights for my birthday (March 27th).

A very casual soup party ~ at least three different types of yummy soups, some crusty breads, a big green salad, some wonderful cheeses and several types of olives, and a gallon or so of Sangria to show off those pretty glasses! All to be shared with my sweet hubby and a couple of close friends!

Love the goblets Becca! If I was lucky enough to win them - they would probably be used everyday at our house along with the good dishes. (Life is short!!)

Are you planning to go to the quilt show in a couple of weeks? Maybe we can finally meet in person!

Love reading your blog!

We entertain on the verandah a lot during the warmer months, so it would be a dinner party with pitchers of margaritas or Summer Beer, good friends, good food and lots of laughs. The verandah is decorated in a beach/tropical theme with mermaids, sea turtles and margaritas being the main features.

Lovely glasses, thanks for the chance to win. LOVE your header, too!

I've just been introduced to you and your blog by a friend. I love your postings. If I were lucky enough to win these beautiful glasses I would have a "bountiful blessings party". I would invite good friends to come and sip with me as we talk about our many blessings instead of a "stitch and b" session.

I would love to use these for a tea party. I live in Florida, so sometimes we serve iced tea instead of hot tea for a ladies tea. These beautiful goblets would help make a very lovely table. Thanks for entering me in your sweet giveaway :-)
