HEY! found your blog through SITS and stopped by because I saw "Alaska"--and was interested because I lived and worked in Alaska for a summer...and then, I saw that you're moving to ND! I was born in Williston, ND and grew up in Sidney, MT--just across the border. Hope you're not moving to where all that flooding is! GOOD LUCK!
back again! We lived in Juneau (which geographically more Washington or Canada than Alaska)..but Alaska nonetheless. We enjoyed it, but it rained WAY too much for us! And of course I know Minot! Visited there often...it had a zoo! :) And that was a BIG DEAL coming from rural eastern montana. ...we are determined to get away from all these snowy/cold states. As soon as my hubby is done with Dental school...it's goodbye snow and HELLO California! :)

Then I found out a king size ALL feathered quilt that I mailed to a friend as a belated (like 20 years late)wedding, anniversary, housewarming(twice),congratulations on your 4 kids, yeah dont hate me because I am a horrible friend quilt NEVER showed up in the mail! I cannot find (big shocker there huh)the tracking slip. I did have it at one time in my hot little hands. So I know it w...
why my text to my blog messed up like that. the text is all words but it transposed to symbols somewhere along the way. i am still in sacramento.my father passed away on sunday. this is definitely the roughest thing i have ever done. i am being strong for mom though.funeral is this sat. and then our "new" normal starts. i just miss my dad. i am so grateful though that i did get here in time to say goodbye.
Right in the middle of my busy season and I can't say no to a Designer Stitch test. The Chelsea Cardi is total love. This will not be the only one I own. With multiple lengths this Cardi is perfect for every Occasion. Ann amazing designs always leave me feeling as if I have just sewn an expensive one of a kind piece of clothing..The patterns are always easy to follow. Check out all the other Chelsea's and you will see what I mean. They are ALL fabulous!
