The Crazy Lady Is Back

NOTE to my children. When your mother is already on the border of looneyville it is NOT a good idea to push her past it! Like super gluing door nobs, rubber banding the kitchen sprayer, short sheeting the bed or putting funny things in her shoes! And just remember my son, in less then 30 days you will be standing in the DMV praying. I can and most likely will be showing off naked bath tub photos of a 2 year old rosy cheeked little man and wailing and crying that my baby has grown up too fast! We can call a truce or this can get ugly!

NOW onto more important things. Here is turtle beach. My March UFO. I LOVE this quilt. So fun cheerful and all fabrics that were hand picked by my kids in Hawaii. The backing was hand dyed by the mahvelous Vicki. I quilted a freehand wave and I am totally in love with this quilt. We have already snuggled and napped together today!

That is such a beautiful piece of work. I envy your ability to begin AND finish a quilting project. I've been working on one for almost a year now!

Visiting from SiTS to wish you a great day.

I have a habit of opening blog posts and looking at photos before I read any text. So I'm looking at your photos and say "cool quilt and neat backing, wonder where she got it?" LOL! I didn't recognize it! The quilt looks terrific!
