Silk

On Girls Day Out with little A, I managed to weasel in a trip to one of my favorite quilt shops. I had not see this little kit before. This time though it was the first thing I saw.
It is absolutely perfect for our living room. The best part is that it is all silk. Mmmmmmmmm I love silk.

I am not going to whine anymore that I cant get into my room. Instead I am plotting evil revenge. Ü

BEAUTIFUL!!!! Just set up shop and replenish all needed supplies. Make sure it's right in the dead center of you've already been here so don't even try it ville

Oh Wow - gorgeous reds and silk too...just to have that dear little container sitting next to my favorite chair...being able to reach over and touch...

I did today. Then just as I was about to scream I found this. It has ALWAYS made me laugh.I had forgotten I had it though.So today it was just like a present.Ü Oldest daughter has been confined to the house with what her doctor tells us is a very contagious viral infection. Personally I think her doctor is smoking some funny stuff. Her blood tests were normal and she has been battling bad tonsils for a month.Hmmmm. I dont think it takes rocket science when that is ALL she went in there for but evidently it does. More tests have been ordered and she is confined until monday. Can you say lets drive mom crazy? why my text to my blog messed up like that. the text is all words but it transposed to symbols somewhere along the way. i am still in sacramento.my father passed away on sunday. this is definitely the roughest thing i have ever done. i am being strong for mom though.funeral is this sat. and then our "new" normal starts. i just miss my dad. i am so grateful though that i did get here in time to say goodbye.
